1. Scope & General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through HTMP, operated by:

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products & Handmade Craftsmanship

All HTMP items are handmade, making each piece unique. Due to the artisanal production process, slight variations in texture, finish, or color may occur.

Custom & Limited-Sized Items

Some items are produced in limited quantities and sizes, which means they may not be available for exchange. Any custom-made or single-size items cannot be returned or refunded. This is explicitly stated in the product description.

3. Ordering Process & Contract Formation

  • Orders are placed through our online store and constitute a binding offer to purchase.
  • A purchase contract is formed upon confirmation of your order via email.
  • If an item is out of stock or unavailable, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued if applicable.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT (if applicable).
  • Payments are processed securely via PayPal, credit/debit cards, Klarna, and other payment providers.
  • Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • Orders are usually shipped within [1-2 weeks, e.g., 5-10 business days], depending on product complexity.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover additional shipping fees.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, except for the following:
❌ Custom-made items
❌ Single-size handmade pieces (one-off items)
❌ Worn, washed, or damaged items

Return Process

  • Contact louis.hertrampfconrad@htmp.store before returning an item.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed after the item has been received and inspected.

7. Liability & Warranty

  • All products are crafted with the highest attention to detail, but minor variations in handmade items are normal.
  • We are not liable for damages caused by improper use, washing, or wear and tear.
  • In case of product defects, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and products are the intellectual property of HTMP and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be handled in a German court of law.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
