Right of Withdrawal

1. Withdrawal Policy

As a consumer within the European Union (EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 dayswithout providing a reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date you received the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an explicit request via email to:

• Your order number
• The product(s) you want to return

After submitting your withdrawal request, you must return the item within 14 days.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following items CANNOT be returned:
❌ Custom-made or personalized items
❌ Handmade single-size products that do not have multiple size options
❌ Worn, washed, or damaged items

These exceptions comply with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which excludes non-resalable custom-made products from the right of withdrawal.

3. Return Process & Refunds

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds will be issued after the item has been inspected.
• If the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration, no refund will be granted.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
