1. Are all items handmade?

Yes, every piece is handcrafted by me. Due to the handmade nature, small variations in texture or finish may occur, making each item unique.

2. Do you offer custom pieces?

Yes, I accept custom orders. If you want a personalized design, contact me at louis.hertrampfconrad@htmp.store with your request.

3. How long does production & shipping take?

Since all items are made to order, production can take [1-2 weeks, e.g., 5-14 days] before shipping. Delivery times depend on your location (see Shipping & Payment Info).

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide shipping is available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5. Can I return an item?

Returns are possible within 14 days, except for:

❌ Worn or damaged items

6. What materials do you use?

I work with recycled leather, vegan leather, hand-waxed fabrics, and organic cotton to ensure sustainability while maintaining quality.
